 Baytown Police Lt. Steve Dorris said. Turner( the victim) struck the officer in the groin with a Taser, shocking him. He says the officer then fired multiple rounds at Turner, shooting her at least once.

Watch & listen closely to the cellphone video of the shooting

This is a police taser it fires out once & makes a popping noise like the 1st pop you hear in the struggle when the officer tased the victim. You never hear a second pop. These tasers also must be reloaded after you shoot meaning that you get one shot per gun. There was no time for the officer to reload his taser
